She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas L. Shiley and Pearl Shiley (Triggs); her husband Herman Plotner; her son Thomas Shae Plotner; and her siblings, Max, Ray, Frank, Tevis Shiley, Catherine Greenwalt, Audrey Bender, Patricia Dodd, Phylis Triggs and Judy Hoover.
She is survived by: her daughter Maria Lynn Webster (Eddie); her grandchildren, Kayla Brook Webster and Colton Isreal Webster; her great grandchildren, Tristen, Paisley and Harley; and her sister Janet Ruth Lopp.
