She is survived by: her parent Victor Miller; her husband Roger Lee Luttrell; her daughters, Angela Bush (Anthony) of Rockville, Victoria Beamon (Jay) of Jinhua, China Sander and Laura Sander (Logan) of Seattle; her grandchildren, Tyler, Audriana, Evan, Joseph, Elisha and Jacob; and her siblings, Debra Fischer (Steve) of Great Cacapon, William Miller (Jeannie) and David Miller.
