It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James McFarland of Inwood, West Virginia, born in Winchester, Virginia, who passed away on May 13, 2021, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Newton McFarland and Nellie Elizabeth McFarland. He is survived by: his wife Geneva Mae Franks McFarland; his son James Edward McFarland II; and his siblings, Bob McFarland, Larry McFarland, Sue Wilson, Darlene Combs and Shirley Gray. He is also survived by two grandchildren; five great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
