He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Nunley Hayslette and Myrtle Hayslette (Rife) of Missouri; his wife Mable Ann Hayslette; and his brother John Hayslette. He is survived by: his children, James Nunley Hayslette of Bunker Hill, Tim Hayslette (Brandy) of Inwood, Mike Hayslette of Gerrardstown and Cindy Petry (Steve) of Inwood; his sisters, Mary Ann Hensley, Margaret Selby and Nancy Bowers; and his friend Juanita Serra. He is also survived by eleven grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren.
