He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl M. Chapman and Edna Chapman (Noll). He is survived by: his wife Olivia Anne Chapman (Orndoff); his children, Scott Chapman (Beth) of Kearneysville and Cheryl Anne Chapman of Inwood; his grandchildren, Nathan, Vanessa, Christopher, Nick, Andrew and Amber; and his brothers, Bill Chapman (Paige) of Leesburg and Wayne Chapman (Vel) of Martinsburg. He is also survived by six great grandchildren.
