It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James Baker of Inwood, West Virginia, born in Clarksburg, West Virginia, who passed away on March 31, 2021, at the age of 71, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert James Baker and Ruth Emmalene Hammond Baker; his son James R. Baker, Jr.; and his siblings, Ray Exline, Chuck Exline, Eugene Exline, Tommy Baker, Roberta "Bert" Beverly and Ruthie Baker.
He is survived by: his wife Debra Leigh Baker; his son Robert Baker (Kathy); his stepchildren, John Lynes, Shane Lynes and Renee Tate; his grandchildren, James, Matthew and Caitlyn; his stepgrandchildren, Luke, Michael, Dawn and Katie; his great grandchildren, Kenadie and Emmi; his siblings, William "Bill" Baker (Sally) and Jane "Janie" Kirkpatrick; and his daughter Samantha Jackson (Randy). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
