With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Herbert Kilmer of Inwood, West Virginia, who passed away on March 14, 2021 at the age of 88. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Herbert Arnold Kilmer and Milly Frances Kisner Kilmer; his wife Eleanor Elizabeth O'Neal Kilmer; and his siblings, George Kilmer (Frances) and Mary Keller.
He is survived by: his children, Randall Kilmer (Sharon), Kimberly Greenfield (Roy Jr.) and Belinda LaMaster (Alan); his grandchildren, Heather Franks, Denise Owens, Brittany Greenfield, Jefferey Stum and Sheldon Conrad; and his great grandchildren, Kiersten, Katelyn Franks, Dylan, Tyler Holderman, Isaiah Conrad, Melissa Stum and Ezra Stum.
Visitors will be required to wear face masks, practice social distancing, and follow directives.
