He was predeceased by: his parents, Alice Franks (Hite) and David Henry Franks; and his son Harry Lee Franks, Jr.. He is survived by: his wife Carol Franks; his daughters, Joyce Kees (James D. Kees) of Inwood, Sandy Arntz (Clifford Arntz) of Inwood and Sherry Myers (Gerrit Myers) of Inwood; his grandchildren, Rachel Franks, Ashley Franks, Jenna Kees, Jaclyn Kees, Cliff Arntz, Clay Arntz, Gerrit Myers, Marla Myers and Meredith Myers; his great grandchildren, Caleb Chaney, Caylin Chaney, Ashlin Franks and RIley Neff; his daughter Wanda J. Franks; and his siblings, Colonel Bob Franks, Ruth Stotler, Ida Sine, Roy Franks Sr., Lillian Markle, Oda Miller, Evelyn Miller and Walter Franks.
