She was predeceased by: her parents, Raymond E. Clem and Ethel M. Bivens; her husband H. Lee Fouch; and her son Timothy Todd Fouch. She is survived by: her children, David "Lynn" Fouch (Sandy Rush), Charles Lee Fouch (Judy) and Cynthia Ann Graham (Bill). She is also survived by two grandchildren; and three great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, November 6th 2024 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the South Berkeley Chapel of Brown Funeral Home (287 Arden Nollville Rd, Inwood, WV 25428). A funeral service was held on Thursday, November 7th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
