He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Kugler, Sr. and Alice Pampel Kugler; and his wife Patricia Stambaugh Kugler. He is survived by: his children, Sandra Campbell (David) of Harpers Ferry, WV, Brandi Kugler of Frederick, MD and Earl S. Kugler, III (Brenda) of Greenbackville, VA; his grandchildren, Clinton Naugle, Nickolas, Nathaniel and Candice Kugler; and his granddaughter-in-law Landa Naugle. He is also survived by 6 great-grandchildren.
