He was predeceased by: his father Donald Richard Henry Kelley; his grandparents, Woodrow Wilson Kelley, Margaret Swartz Kelley, Earl Homer Spring and Hulda L Weese; his siblings, Melissa Ann Kelley and Kyle Matthew Thomas Kelley; his sister-in-law Connie Lynn Lang-Kelley; his aunt Ivy Jean Kelley; and his niece Ashley Nicole Getts.
He is survived by: his mother Patricia Gail Spring Kelley; his siblings, Timothy A. Kelley (Audrey Tetlow) of Great Cacapon, WV and Tina Jones (Carlton) of Stephen City, VA; his nieces, Heather Wright and Serenity York (Austin); his great-nieces and great-nephews, Haiden and Lillian York; and also Nicholas Els, II. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.
