He was predeceased by: his parents, Jesse C. Dunham and Geneva DeHaven Dunham; his wife Carolyn Collis Dunham; his daughter Kathy Lynn Dunham; and his brothers, Dick Dunham and Jesse Dunham, Jr..

He is survived by: his sons, Kevin Dunham, Sr. (Carolyn) of Glengary and John Dunham, Sr. (Kathy) of Glengary; and his grandsons, Kevin Dunham, Jr. (Angie), Benjamin Dunham (Christina) and John Dunham.
