Spotts; his children, Richard Spotts (Sharon) of Florida, David Spotts (Carolyn) of Florida, Doug Spotts (Eileen) of Pittsburgh, Gregory Spotts (Shari) of Philadelphia and Dayna Tippen (Jim) of Ohio; his stepchildren, Theresa Efaw (John) of Idamay and Dale McIntire (Stephanie) of Bingamon, WV.; his son-in-law Kenny Frame of Worthington; his grandchildren, Kristin, Valerie, Jennifer, Sarah, Conner, Thomas John (TJ), Samantha, Aiden, Alden, Serena, Bernard, Oakley, Christa, Willis, Brock, Brittany, Tyler, Matthew and Jewlie (Grayson); and his close friends, Steve, JoAnn Kambouris, Nancy Chandler, Dave Anderson, David Lowe, Mark, Velma, Eddy and Vicki Barron. He is also survived by eleven great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Monday, March 3rd 2025 from 1:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Ross Funeral Home (801 Fairmont Ave, Fairmont, WV 26554). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, March 4th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
