He is survived by: his wife Dena England Mullins; his sons, John Michael Mullins (Shelley) of Avilla, IN, Scotty Mullins (Betsy) of Kendallville, IN, Brandon Mullins (Lindsi) of Princeton, WV and Steven Mullins of Ironton, OH; his siblings, Connie Cline (Billy) of Clover, SC and Bobby Darrell Mullins (Christine) of Shelby, NC; his grandchildren, Courtney Roberts (Billy), Kaitlin Mullins, Madison Mullins, Kaiden Lambert and Marshall Mullins; his great grandchild Emberly Roberts; his brother David; and his sister-in-law Bonnie England.
