He was predeceased by: his parent Dewey Keaton; his wife Addie Lester Keaton; his grandchildren, Anthony Patric Keaton and Amber Nicole Keaton; and his siblings, Lydia Keaton, Mae E. Keaton Beckner, Lucy Marie Keaton Powell, Theodore W. Keaton, James Patric Keaton, Carl Keaton and Curtis Keaton.
He is survived by: his parent Victoria Stepp Keaton; his children, Perry L. Keaton (Imogene) of Cameron, WV, Cathy Dotson (Michael) of Jonesborough, TN and James Daniel Keaton (Trenna) of Iaeger, WV; his grandchildren, Ryan Dotson, Michael Paul Dotson, Cortney Dotson Arrington, Heather Keaton and Brandon Keaton; and his half-sister Mary Jane Donathan.
