He was predeceased by: his parents, Morris Morgan and Mary Robinette Morgan; his son Oscar Eugene Morgan; and his siblings, Phillip Morgan, Dink Morgan, Alfred Morgan and Vivian Morgan.
He is survived by: his children, Teresa Marie Morgan Phillips (Donathan), Kimberly Alice Morgan Matney (Elmer Lee), Shelby Decredico, Richie Morgan, Gregory Morgan and Christopher Morgan; his grandchildren, Hannah Morgan, David Morgan, Mikey Morgan, Brenton Morgan, Landen Shover, Camron Matney, Jayden Shover and Madilynn Phillips; and his brother Ricky Morgan.
Services will be held in accordance with Covid-19 guidelines, mask are to be worn by all attending and social distancing is to be practiced.
