He was predeceased by: his parent Earl Ferrell; his siblings, Raymond Ferrell, Clemmie Rucker and Pearl Blankenship; and also, Jay Ferrell, James Ferrell and Alex Ferrell.
He is survived by: his parent Alice Mullins Ferrell; his son Mickey Ferrell (Laura Frye) of Greensboro, NC; his grandchildren, Adam Ferrell and Shaylan Ferrell; his sister Gladys Artz of Ohio; his nephew Michal Blankenship (Lenore Reynolds); his friend Kathy Eanes; and his children, Herbert Eanes and Andrew Eanes. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
