She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband Charles "Cuggie" Bailey; her parents, Lee Carlos and Naomi Looney; her grandparents, Richard, Chloe Fields, Harrison and Georgia Looney; her siblings, Kenny Looney, Dennis, Freddie Looney, Lora Bailey and Virginia; her nephew Leslie Justice; her niece Sandra Looney; her son Kevin Looney; her grandchildren, Madison Looney and BJ Justice (Bridget); her great grandchild Carlie Justice; her brother Wanus Looney (Faye) of Panther; her close friends, Robin Christiansen (Mike) of Bluefield, VA, Wanda Justice (Eugene) of Panther, WV., Sue Justice of Panther, WV. and Teresa Justus (Buster) of Panther, WV.; and also Lisa Justice. She was also cherished by extended family, including her beloved nieces, nephews, cousins, and many special friends.
Visitation was held on Thursday, December 26th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Fanning Funeral Home (4299 Coal Heritage Rd, Iaeger, WV 24844). A funeral service was held on Thursday, December 26th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
