He was predeceased by: his mothers, Shirley Delano and Carol Jean Christian Lockhart; his sister Jeanna Lockhart; and his grandparents, Julius, Lena Christian, George and Florence Lockhart.
He is survived by: his wife Angie Gibson Lockhart; his daughter Kaitlyn Lockhart; his siblings, Scott Lockhart (Cathy) of Fishers, IN, Yvonne Harris (Gene) of Iaeger, WV and Cindy Cline (Jeff) of Abingdon, VA; his mother-in-law Brenda Gibson of Avondale, WV; his brother-in-law Roger Gibson Jr. of Avondale, WV; his close friends, Dianna Cook, Teddy Collins and Jay Owens; and also Tyler Collins of Gary, WV. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
