He was predeceased by: his parent Lona Bell Horn; and his sister Joann Owens. He is survived by: his wife Etta Me Rowe; his children, Randy Rowe (Stella), Donetta Bailey, Jamie Toler (Brandon) of Justice and Crystal Coleman (Blake Morgan); his grandchildren, James Bailey (Bubby), Cody Bailey, Tyler Lester, Brandon Rowe, Bradley Coleman and Makayla Coleman; his great grandchildren, Jimmy and Arayah Bailey; his sister Martha Mae Walker (Terry); his half-sister Rita Miller; and his close friend Steven Coleman of Bull Creek.
Services will be held in accordance with Covid-19 guidelines, mask are to be worn by all attending and social distancing is to be practiced with no more than 25 people in the gathering.
