She was predeceased by: her parents, Noah Bailey and Bessie Mounts Bailey; her stepfather Mont Cline; her son Larry J. Dotson; her son-in-law William McBryde; her granddaughter Courtney Noel McBryde; and her siblings, Alice, Rosella, Gladys, Crockett, Pearl and Howard.
She is survived by: her husband Luther Dotson; her children, Gayetta McBryde, Cathy Cline, Connie Tester, Michael (Shelba Dotson) and Tracey (Michelle Dotson); and her grandchildren, Seth, Syn McBryde, Eric, Joey Dotson, Kara Dellorso, Reagan Stafford, Lindsey Kennedy, Alissa Mullins, Melody Estep, Jerri Danielle Baker, Ashleigh Dotson, Hillary Stevens, Mallory Johnson, Alexis Lowe and Brandon Branch.
