She was predeceased by: her parents, Joe Cassady and Patty Justice Cassady; and her siblings, Shirley Casady Swartz and Benny Cassady. She is survived by: her caregiver Ruth Cassady Webb (Forest Gail Webb) of Johnnycake; her cousin June Ann Wilkes of Roanoke, VA; and her siblings-in-law, Gordon Swartz and Linda Cassady. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
