He is survived by: his wife Deborah Lockhart; his daughter Amy Lusk (Taylor) of Iaeger, WV; his grandson Caleb Kennedy (Chloe Hicks); his pet Noah Lockhart of Matoka, WV; his sisters, Gail Hagy of Panther, WV and Ernestine Blankenship (Johnny Deskins) of Hanover, WV; his sister-in-law Beth Hurley of Iaeger, WV; and his nieces and nephews, Stephanie Hebert (James), Kim Hunt (Brian), Tara French (Roho), Brian Hagy (Keri), Gregory Hurley (Kayla), Darren Blankenship (Abigail) and Landon Hurley (Brittany).
