He was predeceased by: his wife Maryann Justice; his son Keven Justice; his parents, Hershel Justice and Betty Justice; and his siblings, Paul, Hershel Jr., David Justice, Drema and Gail Justice.
He is survived by: his children, Timothy Justice, Sherry Riley (Mike Chastain) and Renee Bowman (Bryan); his grandchildren, Erica Johnson (Brian), Kristen Justice, Brittany Dixon, Justin McClue, Tiler Justice, Kendall Bowman, Angel Hayes (Michael Casey), Loretta Fain (Jason), Cheyene Justice, Ashley Justice and Brayden Bowman; his stepmother Susan Justice; his siblings, Chuck Coleman, April and Joy Coleman; and his aunt Charolette Marie Shumacher (Roger) of Indiana. He is also survived by many great grandchildren, many nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews.
The family has requested that in lieu of flowers that donations be made to, Janice Roberts Memorial Park, PO Box 442 Iaeger WV 24844; where a memorial will be set up in Baby Ray's honor at a later date.
