He was predeceased by: his parents, Wade Walker and Thelma Bowles Walker; and his brothers, Luther and Jack Walker. He is survived by: his children, Vicki Throckmorton (Kevin) of Fairmont, WV, Billy R. Walker Jr. of Letcher, SD and Larry Walker (Santana) of Premier, WV; his grandchildren, Erica Horn (Matt) of Princeton, WV, Cortney Hines (Arron) of Huron, SD, Michael Walker and Trulyannah Hahn of Reno, NV; his great grandchildren, Lyla Nystrom of Princeton, WV and Eli Walker of Mitchell, SD; his sisters, Faye Christian of Lenoir, NC and Barbara Jo Bailey of Bluefield, WV; and his great-niece April Mullins.
Services will be held in accordance with Covid-19 guidelines, mask are to be worn by all attending and social distancing is to be practiced with no more than 25 people in attendance.
