She was predeceased by: her parents, Paul Brooks and Lorraine Brooks; her husband Leonard Church Jr.; and her brothers, Paul Brooks Jr. and Robert Church.
She is survived by: her children, L. Mark Church of Bluefield, VA and Tammy Bailey (Robby) of Big Sandy, WV; her grandchildren, Jada Moore (Rob) of Delaware, OH, Arianna Bailey of Princeton, WV, Robert Bailey of North Carolina, Andrew Church of Bluefield, VA and Alex Church of North Carolina; her great grandchildren, Camryn Wiseman, Kieran Edwards, Grace of Leia, AJ, Drew, Erik and Atly Church; her siblings, Lorretta Maseall of Michigan, Shelby Louge of Georgia, Kenneth Brooks of Virginia and Billy Brooks of Ohio; and her niece Lynn Bilbrey of Virginia. She is also survived by her family and friends.
Services will be held in accordance with Covid-19 guidelines, mask are to be worn by all attending and social distancing is to be practiced.
