She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, James Martin and Elizabeth Cline; her husband Randall Belcher; her son Gerald Cline Jr. of Iaeger, WV; her stepson Gary Cline of Brunswick, OH; her daughters, Beverly Hughes of Asheboro, NC, Tina Johnson of Asheboro, NC and Kimberly Harrison of Sanford, NC; her stepdaughters, Connie Browning of Verner, WV and Becky Smith of Cleveland, OH; and her siblings, William Martin of Hanover, WV, Lorne Martin of Fanrock, WV and Minnie Hatfield of Gilbert, WV.. She was also cherished by 9 grandchildren, 10 step-grandchildren, 1 great-grandchild, and 8 step-great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation.
