He was predeceased by: his parents, Carson Ward Markley and Elaine Roberta Bell Markley. He is survived by: his daughter Abigail Elaine "Abbie" Markley; his siblings, Robert Markley (Elizabeth) and Julie Markley-Kalar (Kevin); his nephews, Charles Markley and John Markley; and his niece Katherine Markley. He is also survived by several aunts and uncles, and many friends.
