He was predeceased by: his parents, Oscar Marsh and Agnes Lee Marsh; and his siblings, Richard, Jack, Bobby, Toey Marsh and LaDonna Baxa.
He is survived by: his girlfriend Angela Bailey of Huttonsville; his sons, Wesley Marsh (Donna) of Buckhannon, WV and Earnest Daniel Marsh; his stepgreat-grandchildren, Bayleah, Aleah and Nevaeh; and his siblings, Eddie of Wooster, OH, Mike Marsh of Wooster, OH, Fern Bleigh of Massillon, OH and Darlene Marsh of Rock Cave, WV.. He is also survived by five grandchildren.
