He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Elmer Richard Finlen and Ethel Mae Channell Finlen; his wife Barbara Ann Scott Finlen; his children, Eric Finlen (Julie) and Tonya Sycafoose (Okey) of Huttonsville; his sisters, Kathy Lanham (Buck) of Mill Creek and Terry Butcher (Mike) of Dailey; his grandchildren, Bailey, Cole, Damian Finlen, Parker (Catlyn), Ben, Chloe (Nick) and Zander Sycafoose; his great grandchildren, Paityn and Konnor Sycafoose; his brother Ronald Finlen; and his fathers-in-law, Virgil and Scott.
