Markley of Huttonsville, West Virginia, born in Mill Creek, West Virginia, who passed away on October 26, 2020, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, William J. Markley and Kathleen Parrack Markley; his wife Elaine R. Markley; and his sister Lynda Markley Welsh. He is survived by: his children, Marshall W. Markley of Cass, WV, Robert W. Markley (Elizabeth) of Elkins and Julie J. Markley-Kalar (Kevin) of Huttonsville; his siblings, Jacqueline Markley (Jackie), Preston Markley (Patricia), Jessie Markley (Cakie), Richard "Dickie" Markley (Ruth), Karen Sue Karras (Pete), Muzine Derge (Dean), Charles "Butch" Markley, Melanie Lindsay (Harold) and William Timothy Markley (Marcie); and his grandchildren, Charles, John, Katherine Markley of Elkins and Abbie Markley of Cass.
Masks and social distancing will be required for those attending the services for Mr. Markley.
