He is survived by: his sons, Curtis (Denise) of Hurricane, Dean (Janet) of Red House and Perry (Melissa) of Hurricane; his grandchildren, Camron (Kyonna) of Hurricane, Jenna of Red House, Bradley and Philip of Hurricane; his great grandchildren, Kane and Ronan of Hurricane; his siblings, Willard, Harold of Hurricane, Mamie Crouch of Hurricane and Mae McCoy of Sod; and his sisters-in-law, Bonnie Johnson of Hurricane, Ann Johnson of Hurricane and Joyce Burdette of Hurricane.
