He was predeceased by: his siblings, Jack, Wayne, Robert (Bob), Jean Sigman and Sue Carter.
He is survived by: his wife Gloria "Louise" Rumbaugh; his children, Andy Rumbaugh (Wilda) of Jonesboro, TN and Sandy Smith (Mark) of Hurricane; his grandchildren, Alex, Jacob Rumbaugh of Nashville, TN, Trevor Smith of Hurricane and Audrey Smith of Nitro; and his sisters, Nancy Smith of Winifrede and Barbara Rumbaugh of Scott Depot. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
