He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Ruth Thaxton and James Thaxton; his grandchildren, Olivia Marie Waugh and Gabrial; his wife Donna Thaxton; his daughters, Tiffany Hinkle (Daniel), Penny Chambers (Kevin), Kim Smith (David) and Katie O'Rear; his grandchildren, Mikaylah Lippert, Nathaniel Waugh (Taylor), Mollie Waugh, Tyler and John Smith; and his great grandchildren, Hunter and Remi Waugh.
