She is survived by: her children, Michael Hayes (Miranda) of Scott Depot and Celestia Samples (Isaac) of Pueblo, CO; her grandchildren, Henry Michael Samples and Emily Noelle Hayes; her sisters, Regina Lewis (Mike) of Scott Depot and Tiffani O'Dell (Kyle) of Milton; her nephew Johnnie Browning of Milton; and her nieces, Sierra Bird-Hayes, Railynn Stutz, Marli Bartram, Layni Bartram and Finli O'Dell of Milton.
