She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Phyllis Karnes and John Karnes; her brothers, Roger and Todd Karnes; her significant other Kathy Given; her pets, Daisy, Jack and Abby; her nephew William Karnes (Stephanie); her niece Kari Smith (Wes); and her children, Adrianna, Aubrey and Harrison.
