She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry Othal Conrad and Eulah White Conrad; her husband Milton Wayne Ketchum; and her brothers, Don William Conrad and Dexter Dale Conrad, Sr..
She is survived by: her children, Lisa Dawn (Jerry Robinson) of Hurricane, WV, Andra Lynn (Michael Birch) of Lexington, NC, Christopher Ketchum of Hurricane, WV and Cathy Machelle (Wayne Workman) of South Charleston, WV; her sister Delores Yvonne (Junior Bias) of Huntington, WV; and her grandchildren, Justin (Jennifer Stark), Heather (Matthew James) and Mitchell Robinson. She is also survived by several great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins, other family members and friends.
