It is always difficult saying goodbye to someone we love and cherish. Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Sandra Kay Rabel in Hurricane, West Virginia, born in Saint Albans, West Virginia, who passed away at the age of 73, on November 16, 2020. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Kyle Ferrell and Grace Ferrell; her husband Steve; her daughter Kristin; her son-in-law Chris Miller of Saint Albans; her granddaughters, Kaitln and Kendall Miller; and also Dave Bowan.
Due to the Covid pandemic, there will be no visitation; the family will hold a private graveside service in Cunningham Memorial Park in St. Albans with Pastor Dr. Melissa Pratt and Pastor Dave Bowan.
