She is survived by: her husband Clarence Basham; her children, Donna Nunley of Hurricane and Timothy Basham of St. Albans; her brother Ralph Stephens; and her grandchildren, Dustin Hall (Timmy), Dennis, Christopher and Camille (Cody Basham).

Due to the pandemic, services will be held at a later date.
