He was predeceased by: his father Harold Clagg. He is survived by: his wife Alice Hess Clagg of Hurricane; his children, Joseph Clagg of South Charleston and Jessi Egnor (Travis) of Hurricane; his sister Sharon Rutherford of Culloden; and his grandchild Wolfe Egnor of Hurricane. He is also survived by many other extended family and friends.
