It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Robert Lee Samson Jr. of Hurricane, West Virginia, who passed away on December 28, 2022, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Samson and Opal Samson (Crum). He is survived by: his son Bob; his wife Gail Samson; his son Aaron Samson (Erin) of Austin, TX; his grandchildren, Harper, Hayden and Hadley; his children, Ryan Samson and Henley; his brother Wendell Samson (JoAnn) of Winfield; his nephew Wendell Jr. Samson (Kelly) of Scott Depot; his great-nieces and great-nephews, Zac and Alex; his nephew Travis Samson (Tom) of Columbus, OH; his niece Stephanie Mills (Terry Steven) of Hurricane; and his great-niece Abigail.
