He was predeceased by: his parents, Sidney Ellis and Betty Ellis; and his siblings, Patsy Ammascato, Brad Ellis and John Ellis.
He is survived by: his wife Elzana; and his siblings, Murphy, Roy, Bobby, Brian, Phyllis of Hurricane and Donna of Hurricane. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
