He is survived by: his wife Kimberly Johnston; and his children, Beth Ann Riffle, Travis Riffle (Bree), Tori Slone, Katelyn Johnston, Matthew Johnston, Kaci Johnston, Levi Johnston, Austin Johnston, John Johnston, Shaniah Johnston, Lindsey Johnston and Jayzlynn Johnston. He is also survived by five grandchildren, extend family and friends.
