She was predeceased by: her husband William Frank Persinger, Sr.; and her daughter Darla Reynolds. She is survived by: her son William Frank; her grandsons, Jason (Hanna) of Culloden, Jayme (Kelly) of Oak Hill and Justin (Heather) of Hurricane; and her siblings, Dale Fisher of Hurricane, Bernice Oxley, Betty Oxley of Culloden, Roberta Oxley of Point Pleasant, Linda Sword and Sue Carrier of Sissonville. She is also survived by 10 Great Grandchildren.
