She was predeceased by: her parents, James Nelson Leach and Myrtle Louise Leach; and her sister Patricia Massey. She is survived by: her husband William; her children, Dr. James Lebolt (Kelly), Jennifer Lebolt Gibson (Tony) and Amanda Lebolt; her grandchildren, Chase, Peyton, Alysse and Caroline; and her sisters, Ruthie Chestnut, Sue Argabright and Sherri Mccracken. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In Lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to the Teays Valley Fire Department for all the services they provide for the community.
