She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward Mann and Margaret Mann; and her sister Laura Alice Mann. She is survived by: her husband Glen Alden Withrow of Hurricane; her sons, Charles Withrow (Jennifer) of Georgetown, KY and Michael Withrow (Elizabeth) of Hurricane; and her grandchildren, Matthew, Olivia and Amanda. She is also survived by 9 great grandchildren.
