He is survived by: his wife Nancy; his children, Sarah Shoaf (Chris) of Hurricane and Abram Joplin; his sister Peggy Matney of Poca; his grandchildren, Erin Jane Bandy of Hurricane, Katie Jo Chapman of Hurricane, Jeremiah Shabdue of Hurricane and Alexandria Shoaf of Hurricane; and his children, David Joplin, Mike Joplin Jr., Christine Joplin and Patricia Joplin. He is also survived by friends and co-workers.
