She was predeceased by: her parents, Sterling Gunnoe and Bertha Lee Higginbotham; her children, Stacy and Lonnie Abraham; and her siblings, Myrtle Leach, Violet Goff, Helen Walz and Johnny Higginbotham.

She is survived by: her husband Romie Edward Litton; her daughter Cathy Landers of Winfield; her grandsons, Joshua Landers (Kara) of Hurricane and Aaron Landers of Winfield; her great grandchildren, Natalee and Rebekah; and her brother Ray Higginbotham (Sandra Anderson). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
