It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Larry Skaggs of Hurricane, West Virginia, who passed away on November 10, 2021, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. He is survived by: his children, Ken Skaggs and Lynna Skaggs; his brother David Skaggs; his grandchildren, Sierra, Elisabeth, Emily, Amanda and Travis; and his great grandchildren, Emma, Melody, Eli, Aiden and Ryder.
