He is survived by: his mother Loretta Baldwin; his wife Lisa Rhodes of Fraziers Bottom, WV; his children, Keshia Estep (Wes) of Ashland, KY, Brandon Rhodes (Kellijo) of Milton, WV and Kelsey Rhodes (Justin) of Fraziers Bottom, WV.; his grandchildren, Olivia Estep, Carter Boothe, Cole Rhodes, Jace Estep, Lauren Rhodes and Gunner Rhodes; his stepmother Doris Rhodes of Belpre, OH; his parents-in-law, Donald and Brenda Grant of Fraziers Bottom, WV; his siblings, Portia Kyle (Greg) of Elgin, SC, Pam Bailey (John) of Elgin, SC and Lloyd Baldwin (Teresa) of Proctorville, OH; his brother-in-law Jarrett Grant (Regina) of Fraziers Bottom, WV.; and also Loretta Baldwin (Charles) of Elgin, SC.
